Jerry Marino
A veteran actor, director, and writer, Jerry trained with David Christopher and Olympia Dukakis. He played Mr. Lipari in the '98 Tony Award winning Best Revival of "A View From The Bridge." He’s appeared in over 60 productions. He won a Best Lead Actor award for his portrayal of Francis in "Gemini," and has since received two more nominations for Max Price in "Laughter on the 23rd Floor" and Col. Jessup in "A Few Good Men." A co-founder of Alliance Repertory Theatre, Jerry played Donny in their critically acclaimed inaugural production of "American Buffalo." As director of Alliance's Three Tall Women, Children of a Lesser God and Villager's Importance of Being Earnest he received three Perry Award nominations for Best Director. He received a Best Producer Award for Alliance's "Friends - Not the TV Show," and was nominated a second time for "Burn This." Jerry's own play, "Perchance to Dream" received an ACT nomination for Best Original Production of the '96 season. Jerry has also performed and directed at 12 Miles West, The Bickford Theatre, Chenago River Theatre and received rave reviews for his portrayal of Earl in the NJ premiere of "Adult Fiction" at NJ Repertory. Films include Philip Bradley's Reflection, Jimmy's Story, The 18th Hole, and Lou Pat & Joe D. TV credits include The Guiding Light, Dellaventura (CBS), and The Sopranos (HBO).
