Under the culinary guidance of Chef Oscar Toro, our menu offers a seasonal modern twist on American cuisine influenced by international fare. Private Party Facilities: Aqua Blu can host special events for groups of almost any size. A semi-private area offering views of the open kitchen can be reserved for groups of up to 80 guests. The private Rustic Room can accommodate up to 60 guests, and is ideal for both intimate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The Aqua Blu Banquet Room is also available for large-scale receptions and seated events of up to 140 guests.
