Maurer Productions OnStage Presents 'Laughter on the 23rd Floor,' 1/27-2/5 by BWW
News Desk (Jan. 27 5:00 AM) - Maurer Productions OnStage brings classic laughs to the stage with the Neil Simon comedy “Laughter on the 23rd Floor” at Mercer County Community College’s Kelsey Theatre. Dates and times for this hilarious salute to the comedy writers of television’s golden age are: Fridays, Jan. 27 and Feb. 3 at 8 p.m.; Saturdays, Jan. 28 and Feb. 4 at 8 p.m.; and Sundays, Jan. 29 and Feb. 5 at 2 p.m. Kelsey Theatre is located on Mercer’s West Windsor campus, 1200 Old Trenton Road. A reception with the cast and crew follows the opening night performance on Jan. 27. |

Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey Announces 50th Anniversary Season by BWW News Desk (Jan. 23 10:34 PM) - The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey today announced its 2012 season – the 50th Anniversary season of the state’s largest professional theatre dedicated to Shakespeare and other world classics, and the longest running Shakespeare Theatre on the East Coast. Founded in 1963 in Cape May by Paul Barry and Philip Dorian as the New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, the company was invited to take up residence at Drew University in 1972. 2012 also marks the 40th Anniversary of the Theatre’s residency in Madison. |
