The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ presents COMEDY OF ERRORS  June 20 – July 29.

Shakespeare's hilarious slapstick comedy includes two sets of identical twins, mistaken identities, outrageous characters and a madcap chase sequence which conspire to make this caper a thrill for children and adults of all ages. NJPAC's Summer Musical Program presents SMOKEY JOE'S CAFE at Montclair State University's Alexander Kasser Theatre, Wednesday, July 18, 2012 - Sunday, July 22.

Smokey Joe’s Cafe is Broadway's nostalgic, neon-lit juke box musical that collects the timeless hit list created by the team of Jerry Leiber and Mike Stoller. As much as anyone, these are the songwriters who virtually invented rock-and-roll, and their songs (the show includes nearly 40 of them) provide the basis Smokey Joe’s Cafe. Set in an idealized 1950’s era, the show spotlights a golden age of American music and pop culture with electrifying renditions of titles like “On Broadway,” “Stand by Me,” “Spanish Harlem,” “Jailhouse Rock,” “Hound Dog,” “Yakety Yak,” “Poison Ivy,” “Charlie Brown,” “Love Potion #9,” and dozens more.

4th Wall Theatre presents A JERSEY VOICE, Sinatra to Springsteen...and Everyone in Between at the Westminster Arts Center, Monday July 16.

As 4th Wall continues the celebration of their 15th anniversary season, they are pleased to present John Michael Coppola in concert for a one night only fundraising event for 4th Wall Theatre.  Along with a seven piece band and a few stories of how he moved his family from Bloomfield, NJ to Chicago to be a part of the cast of JERSEY BOYS, this makes for a great evening of entertainment you're sure to enjoy!

The Company proudly presents SAVAGE IN LIMBO by John Patrick Shanley (Writer of Doubt, Italian American Reconciliation, Moonstruck) at Hackensack Cultural Arts Center, June 2, 3, 9, & 10.

A touching and edgy comedy about three people who try to figure out how to change their mostly empty lives, even as circumstances - and one another - conspire to keep them exactly where they are.

beyondEDUCATION presents CHILDREN OF EDEN at Bergen Performing Arts Center, Friday July 20 - Sunday, July 22nd.

CHILDREN OF EDEN is a tale of humanity - a musical that reaches back into the depths of thousands of years’ worth of universal subconscious. It uses well known biblical characters such as Adam, Eve, Cain, Abel, Noah to tell a story comprised of fear, choice, love, anger, forgiveness and death; of people, parents, children, and of family and the innate impulses to protect and teach, question and learn.
